La Rebel, qui som ?
La Rebel Kombutxera neix al Penedès, d’una manera de fer que posa el temps al centre.
És un projecte impulsat pel Gerard i la Montse, nascut d’una necessitat personal i convertit en projecte col·lectiu.
No vam començar buscant una tendència, sinó una alternativa coherent amb el que som i el territori que habitem.
Fermentem a petita escala, amb ingredients ecològics i reals, respectant els ritmes naturals del procés.
Produïm des de l’obrador compartit de La Gatera, cooperativa amb qui compartim espai, criteri i compromís amb la sobirania alimentària.
Creiem en la fermentació viva, en el servei en copa i en el ritual de compartir sense presses.
Fem kombutxa de taula. Amb caràcter. Amb arrel.
